Integration
The voice and video communication solutions that Infratel Net offers its customers are based on standard protocols, which make possible the inter-connection and the convergence in any IP network. Protocols like SIP, H.323, H.249, MGCP, SCCP are fully integrated into industry-leading hardware and software solutions from Juniper Networks, Avaya, Extreme Networks and Cisco Systems.
Security and Protection
The voice communication channels are protected from vulnerabilities by the ALGs (Application Layer Gateway) available on all Juniper Networks Firewall / IPSec appliances - ALGs dynamically open a random port at each call / session initiation and close it automatically when the call ends.
Furthermore, the voice comm protocols' implementation enables Infratel Net partners to further protect their voice and video communication - at application layer -, by using IPS (Intrusion Prevention) for the VoIP traffic protection.
